  • 2 cups lentil and barley flour Mix (high in protein and fiber)

  • ¼  cup mixed nuts (such as walnuts, almonds, or pecans—unsalted and raw)
  • ¼ cup chopped herbs and edible flowers (such as chamomile, dandelion, or basil)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, and corn)
  • ½ cup chopped apple (natural sweetness and fiber)
  • ½ cup blueberries (antioxidant-rich superfood)
  • ¼  tsp Ceylon cinnamon (a safe and flavorful addition for birds)
  • 1 tsp Flax and chia seeds
  • ¾  cup water (to mix the batter)


Directions:
