Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Since we are a bird-free workshop, we can't accept returns since we can't resell. Which also means you will always be receiving a new toy, never used or returned product. However if there is a mistake, please email us, pds.contactus@gmail.com, as soon as possible and I we will try our best to make things right. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at pds.contactus@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
