Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We want every toy you order to bring joy to you, and a little happy dance to your bird! If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry, we’ll work with you to make it right and ensure everyone is chirping with delight.

To keep all birds safe, we cannot accept returns. But don’t stress! We offer easy exchanges or store credit for any order that isn’t quite right.

At PDS Parrot Shop, the health and safety of all birds is our top priority. Because of the risk of avian diseases, this policy helps protect our birds and yours.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or if you’d like to exchange an item, we’re happy to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Defective Items

If an item arrives defective, you are not responsible for shipping costs. Simply contact us within 7 days, and we’ll either send a replacement or provide store credit. Your safety and satisfaction come first!

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, don’t worry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. We’ll send you the correct item at no extra cost, and you won’t need to return the incorrect one due to avian safety concerns.

Damaged or Lost Items

We do our best to make sure every order arrives safely, but sometimes packages can be damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order is damaged in transit:

  • Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging as soon as possible.
  • Contact us within 7 days so we can guide you through the USPS claim process.
  • We’ll work with you to file a claim and help get a replacement or store credit 

If your order is lost in transit:

  • USPS must officially mark the package as lost before we can process a replacement or store credit.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or issue store credit for the item.

Store Credit

If an exchange isn’t possible, we can issue store credit for future purchases. This allows you to select another item that’s perfect for your bird while helping us maintain a safe environment for all our birds.

Please Note

  • To help us resolve any issues quickly, we kindly ask that you upload clear images of any defective, damaged, or incorrect items when contacting us. This helps us assess the situation and get your replacement or store credit to you as fast as possible.
  • Original shipping fees are not included in store credit
