Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Since we are a bird-free workshop, we can't accept returns since we can't resell. Which also means you will always be receiving a new toy, never used or returned product. However if there is a mistake, please email us,, as soon as possible and I we will try our best to make things right. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
