1/2 cup Apple Sauce
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Millet Flour
2 tsp flax seed
2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup blueberries
one kiwi, peeled and chopped.
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a small baking sheet, 6 by 10, with coconut oil. Mix all the ingredients to form a thick dough. Spread into the small grease baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and serve.
