PDS Parrot Shop is a small business that creates handmade, bird-safe toys and enrichment items, each purchase supports Prego Dalliance Sanctuary, our nonprofit parrot rescue.
Where are your toys made?
All toys are handmade in our bird-free workshop in California, USA, using materials we carefully select for safety and durability.
Are your toys safe for parrots?
Yes. We use bird-safe woods, natural fibers, and non-toxic dyes whenever possible. Every product page lists materials and recommended bird sizes. Always supervise your bird with new toys until you know how they use them.
How do I choose the right toy for my bird?
Each bird has unique preferences! We recommend offering a mix of chewable toys, foraging toys, and foot toys. Our product pages include recommendations by bird size and play style to help you choose.

How long does shipping take?
Typical processing time is 3-10 business days since our bird toys are made to order, ensuring fresh, high-quality craftsmanship. Domestic shipping usually takes2–7 business days depending on the carrier and location, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
For the safety of our birds and customers, we cannot accept returns on toys due to the risk of avian diseases, nor on used toys or food items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
My item arrived damaged, what now?
Please email photos and your order number to our contact email within 7 days. We will review and offer a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet we’ll try to accommodate changes or cancellations, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
