Bird Cereal is a homemade whole-grain meal for your bird. Lots of fiber, protein, and vitamins without any added supplements.
Purpose: Be part of a healthy fresh diet for parrots. Use to give meds. Handfeed parrots who stop eating due to trauma.
Use: For each amount of formula use 4 times water and cook for 10 minutes. (eg. 1 tablespoon of formula, use 4 tablespoons of water) Adjust the thickness of the cereal to your parrot's liking by using more or less water or thin out with water to use with a syringe.
Add sweet potato, apple sauce, or any other puree. Serve with fresh fruits and veggies for a complete meal.
